I'm a British-Indian, visual communication and interaction designer living in Copenhagen. 🇬🇧🇮🇳🇩🇰
As a child flipping through the pages of my story books, I could read the images long before I could read the letters. This was my first introduction to visual design and I've been hooked every since.
With a Masters in Interaction Design from Malmö University, Sweden and a Bachelors in Communication Design with graphic design as my major, I have worked in the creative industry globally for over 6 years.
My path has taken me through various industries, each requiring new knowledge, quick adaptability and understanding: EdTech, digital gaming, pharma, aviation, publishing, food and beverage, lifestyle, and more. What I've loved most about being a visual designer is wearing many hats and being part of the design process from start to finish: pitching, research, planning, workshopping, conceptualising, iterating, material sourcing, production, testing, handover and beyond.
I enjoy taking agency of the projects that I work on and can work independently but most of all I love working alongside others. During my career I have interacted, partnered and collaborated with CEOs, founders, vendors, internal design teams, marketing teams, publicity teams and even legal teams.
When I'm not doing any of the above I: dance, cook, craft, take walks and drink copious amounts of chai.
My colleagues would say I'm warm, friendly and blend into any environment. I'm a facilitator and I thrive on constructive feedback.
